How We Work
Discover Dental Billing provides clients with a 12-month contract to ensure continuity and quality clean-up process of aging claims. We have found that monthly contracts are not in our clients’ best interest, as it leads to a slower clean-up process.
We don’t just work with numbers; we work with people - the heart of your dental practice. We’ll work as an extension of your front-desk team, offering quality support, team training, and improved revenue cycle management.

Chief Executive OfficerJan Wright has more than three decades of experience in the dental field and more than 14 years as the owner of a highly successful consulting firm. Her core belief is that if you treat your clients and their money with respect, financial success follows. Each of Jan’s team members has experience in both dental experience and a background in posting and collections.
Discover Dental Practice Solutions has grown quickly via word of mouth because of its rock-solid AR and billing systems, as well as its relentless focus on customer service. Jake Daleen
Chief Administrative OfficerJake Daleen is the Chief Administrative Officer for Discover Dental Practice Solutions, LLC. Jake received his Bachelor of Science and Technology Degree from The University of Central Missouri in 2013. He not only has over ten years of management expertise but also specializes in accounts receivable, dental, and medical billing with over eight years of experience.
His drive, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and communication skills have paved the road to his success with DDPS, LLC. In his spare time, you can find him traveling, hiking, and spending time with his friends and family.
